Butiki & DJ, seems like the more milk I drink, the worse it gets... maybe I have become lactose intolerant?
Hi Knight, milk is ok for me but cream and chocolate are a completely different story. But what I was saying is that if you drank some milk that had just started to turn bad Certinally would not have done your bowels any favours.

Possibly Knight! I actually started drinking almond milk as an alternative to regular milk because I had issues with my bowel routines and I've been doing pretty good ever since!
The bowel spasms are back with a vengeance! It's been a while since I had any, but now, holy cow! Maybe it has to do with my vertebrae grinding together, because it seems to be p**sing off my bladder too! I'm taking the maximum of Oxybutynin (30mg per day) and my bladder spasms are worse too, with no UTI. (I already checked.)

It took my Mom several months to find the pattern but whenever she had beef during her meal and any kind of dairy product for dessert (ice-cream or glass of milk usually) about 30 minutes after she would get these violent cramps and then one or two diarrhea's. Once she stopped the beef- dairy combination she was OK.
DJ, I had some ham on Easter... that's the only different thing I've eaten. I get constipated from shellfish, but that's different. These are bowel spasms...
You could also have an unrelated SCI issue completely such as irritable bowel syndrome. This can cause spasm like cramps. Keep a diet diary and see when you get them...it may be too much wheat products or similar

Oh my bad, I forgot about that. Maybe it could be what Lαrα mentioned?
