Hello Andrew, I drive a Toyota Sienna Mini Van with hand controls. I love the van . It is an AWD and a tank in the winter time. I run the no flat tires and have had great success with them. I do not have a ramp, only hand controls. I can pull myself up into the car. I have the single seat behind the drivers removed. I can turn around and pull the entire wheelchair up into the car. Very easy . I am a T-10 complete. Best Regards, Joe

Hello DJ, The run flat tires are definitely worth the money. I have had a couple flats. You truly can drive a good thirty to forty miles on them at fifty miles an hour. It gives you enough time to get too a Tire Center. They wear well if you rotate every 5,000 miles. I get a full 40,000 to 48,000 per set.
