I've posted about this before. I have to wear my compression all the time so started a business out of it. I supply sexy and stylish ones ;-) I'm also fairly familiar with a lot of the suppliers...
Interesting links for you to check out:
My company: clearance.legstyle.eu (www.legstyle.eu is undergoing maintenance. You can also email emma@legstyle.eu)
I have also been wearing compression stockings to protect my injured leg. I have been using Physix Gear's men's compression sockings all the time, so I don't know much about Jobst. To be honest, compression socks are very helpful for my leg recovery, and I would recommend others to do the same.
for me, compression socks do more damage than good because trying to pull up the compression socks cause my finger nails to dig in my fragile skin and cause cuts on ankle, so for me i lay down twice a day for 90 mins each with foot elevated and it helps alleviate the swelling. catch up on sleep too.
Sam, misery loves company. My foot swells. Yours, too? It’s a lot of effort for me to lie down and get up. I should at least shorten my day, only staying up, say, eight hours? But, not having many hours of caregivers, I need to stay up longer than that “doing things”. Poor little swollen foot. I take care of my kidneys with kidney cleansing herbs so that the swelling doesn’t go berserk. But the swelling pretty much seems to come with the territory.
