Fortunately you have the use of your hands,..if you fancy a maccies or anything. Individuals without hand function dont have a choice, they have to be fed like when they were children again.
So just maybe....some people with high SCI may like to eat what they want and without someone feeding them...This gives options that you and I may take for granted Butiki

Very cool! Independance in any form is a great thing and I'm sure these high level quads will love that extra bit of independence.
