Definitely the pickup truck (D). It looks like it's either a Chevy or GMC. I was actually looking into getting one of those trucks in the future instead of getting another ramp van.
Also, I've been looking into these Chevrolet Express conversion vans. These are not wheelchair accessible vans but there's a company that'll install a lift for these vans which is awesome. I think they look great and you can even get them in 4X4 so that there's no worries about getting stuck in the winter!
I have a Honda Element, and I love it! Fairly economical for its shape, and holds a lot of gear. Drives very smoothly, and handles like a race car (R&P steering). I do not have the ramp, which comes with a lowered floor. But the doors make loading chair easy, and I have alternative of loading without disassembly into back end. It is a very reliable vehicle.
DJ, the Chevy Explorer has a very long wheelbase--not an easy van to parallel park. Do you have a lot of gear to haul for your work?
DJ I would say the most popular cars here would be Holden (GM), Ford, Toyota and Mitsubishi. But disabled access vehicles are quite often VW and Mercedes vans.

No but you can seat a bunch of people and maybe 2 more wheelchairs which is great when going on long trips with family and/or friends. Parallel parking might be a bit trickier but I don't really see myself having to parallel park much since I don't live downtown. I think this would be more used for trips and the winter time.

Interesting. I don't think I've seen any Mercedes or VW wheelchair accessible vehicles here!

I didn't account for traveling with family and perhaps manual and power chairs, or more than one person in a chair. Start saving now for gas money!!!

Haha yeah the gas costs will be high but it'll be worth it. Check out the interior, it's top notch!
