I know way to much, my wife calls me a poopologist. I kept a log for awhile trying to see some pattern, but I gave up and decided it just did what it wanted and as long as it kept coming all was good enough. Plus keeping track poop, amazing as it is, gets old.
Yes kilg0retr0ut, I used to keep a poo diary as well, waste of time. I take a product called Benifiber, three teaspoons in a glass of water every morning, seems to work okish.
I haven't found anything that works. I have quit eating red meat, dairy, and gluten which means all bread. I eat only fish and chicken occasionally. Mostly fruits and vegetables in large quantity, whole grains only ( though no wheat) and started juicing. You would think this would help. I can't feel the need to go at all is my problem. At all.
chrioli you're definitely eating the right stuff it seems but the question is how much? Do you eat really small portions? How often do you do a bowel routine?
I try to do a routine daily, in the morning but don't always get results. Once I went 8 days!! Argh. I was crazy bloated and nauseous. Enemas don't seem to work. They go in and never come out. Laxatives make me very gaseous and they don't help either. Im hoping that getting a veggie volume up will help.
