L3-L4 Small posterior disc bulge causing effacement of anterior thecal sac starting at level L4-L5.
L4-L5 small posterior disc bulge causing omega mild effacement of the anterior thecal sac with no significant compression of the cauda equina. There is mild bilateral neuroforminal stenosis from facet joint arthropathy.
L5-S1 Small posterior disc bulge causing mild effacement for the cauda equina. No significant neuroforminal stenosis bilaterally. Postsurgical changes from prior right L5 laminoplasty.
1. Mild multilevel degenerative changes, most significantly at L3-S1. 2. Appearance of cauda quina nerve root adherent to the thecal sac starting at level L4-5,which is feature of chronic arachnoiditis, likely from spinal surgery.
......... ......... I also am dealing with an aortic aneurysm. I also made dealing with Peripheral Artery Disease . I walk with a cane. I lose control of my legs . I have hot and cold running through my legs at times. I have a rupture in my stomach muscles. My hips keep popping out of joint. I have been being treated for the last 7 years by a chiropractor. OTHER THAN THAT, I'm in pretty good Shape for the shape Iam in. My Dr actually showed me the MRI as he explained it to me. He said that I have an arachnoid cyst that has pushed all of the nerves at the L-4-5 and L5-S1 level all to the side and that the nerves are all sticky and gummed up together . I don't know where anything stands right now . He just told me to see my regular Dr and to go from there. Too much going on . I'm a train wreck waiting to happen . My nerves are about shot. Not knowing what the next step is, if any.
I'm just heading home from the University Hospital. Saw my regular Dr and the Vascular surgeons today. No good news from either of them. Vascular Dr says my aneurysm is just under the size to operate now. It's a 5.2 and 5.5cm is where operating is called for, but will recheck in 4 months. As for the Arachnoiditis my Meds have been bumped up and another added plus physical therapy now again so as to keep what motion I do have and to try to stop the progression of the muscle and tendon atrophy.

Oh wow, I'm sorry to hear that tj! Hopefully it won't be much longer until they can safely work on it. Just keep up with exercising and you should be ok as far as preventing atrophy goes.
It is important to remember that not all patients with severe aortic stenosis suffer obvious symptoms, however on more in-depth questioning, it is often found that the patient’s activity levels have declined over time without them realizing.
