Cancer hospitals I know that there are honest cancer doctors out there,...people who really want to help humanity, and I'm not trying to make them feel small or unappreciated. But I've lost relatives to cancer and now, when I hear the commercials about those hospitals, I "hear" something different from what they are trying to convey. There is one hospital (I won't name it here) that advertises on TV and says, "(We) won't stop until no child dies of cancer." Hmmm. Well, yeah. Of course they will stop when no child dies of cancer! I mean, there would be no business or payment with which to hire the doctors and nurses if 'no child died of cancer', right? All that diagnostic equipment, those labs and technicians, biological research projects, the specialized surgical tools,...what would become of it all? Oh, and the years and years of education,...lifetimes spent becoming specialists in the field,...what would they do with it?
This quote is from a rather radical website and is not my usual "fare", but I'd already been thinking about this, so when I read it, I thought, "Bingo!", and wanted to share.
www.naturalnews.com/053570_cancer_industry_lies_natural_cures.html "LIE #8) Cancer doctors want to help you eliminate cancer. TRUTH: Cancer doctors earn huge profits on chemotherapy, surgery and radiation treatments. It is in their financial interests that you have recurring cancer, creating repeat business for them. If they helped you eliminate cancer, they would lose your business and lose out on all the money they can make off your disease!"
As crazy as it sounds, I believe it's the truth. It's all one big business. There are cures out there but you don't make anywhere near as much money with those cures.
I know about it first hand, as my mother and oldest brother both succumbed to cancer. Ànd both believed that their doctors had their best interest at heart. Ànd neither of them lasted past two years with bout after bout of chemo. The treatment is clearly the killer, not the cancer. The real cancer is big Pharma.
Yes, the treatments, from what I saw, caused my relatives additional pain on top of the already-painful cancer. Of course, we are almost ALL willing to endure pain in order to get well,...but to endure additional pain before death...we try to spare this even to animals. (Shakes head)

Both my Father and Mother died of cancer. My mom had been in remission for years, then one day she was having a hard time breathing, put her on a vent, and she never came off it till she died. They said later lesions from chemo were the cause.
So which is better die from the cancer or die from the treatment? At least with the treatment you would have the hope of beating the cancer or at least living a little longer (maybe see your kids grow up or spend more time with your grandkids). And we are all going to die from something at some point.

Kilgoretrout, this is the reason that I have been so interested in 'alternative' treatments through the years.
I have seen the treatments. As I watched my oldest brother his last two years. The chemotherapy never did a thing for him except kill all of his immune system, and he wasted away, he went from 240lbs down to 110lbs. I stayed up with him one night after he had returned home from the hospital for the last time. He himself had his doctor tell his wife and son that he was in remission. He wasn't, he asked me to help them out for awhile after his passing, which I did. He was told that he needed another round of chemo by his doctor, he asked the doctor if he thought that it help, the doctor said that he thought that it might. My brother asked if I have the treatment will I quit being sick from chemo? The doctor said no, I can't say that. My brother asked the doctor, if you were me and been through what I have, would you take another treatment? The doctor said no. My brother then said, OK, let me go home and die in peace. The doctor said OK. He told me that all the chemotherapy did for him was speed up his time left here and made him feel worse than the cancer ever did. This is just what I know from what my brother told me and I saw for myself. I'm the same age now as he was then. I have a feeling for what he and his family went through. I would not personally put my family through what happened to my brother's family by following what had been recommended at the beginning of his cancer. They were all full of hope, he never improved, his quality of life was gone from his first treatment on. Never a day that he wasn't sick. Sorry everyone, I have been on kind of a rant here, it's just that sometimes life happens and it's not good or kind. So if given my options, I will make my choices after long and careful thoughts along with my loved ones.

That's tough TJ, my father didn't get chemo, he got a do not fix-up sticker on his fridge, and a sheet of quick release Morphine. Went I got there he was taking his meds, he said I take two there small. Then he called just before he died, quit all the meds, wanted to meet the maker without them. I'd have taken the meds. I just read close to 40% of men and woman will be touched by cancer in there lives. Make the best of the short time we have.
lighter subject anyone? I will say my mother was diagnosed in her 30's and lived till 65. Without treatment she wouldn't have made it nearly that long.
My Father had a profession In which he constantly used rubbing alcohol (isoprophyl alcohol). He got 'gastrointeritis', diagnosed and treated. Then malanoma, diagnosed and treated. Then the cancer went to his liver, diagnosed and treated. From start to finish, he lasted about two and a half years.
Decades later, I read Hulda Clark's books. One said, "All cancer patients have both isopropyl alcohol and the intestinal fluke in their livers. The solvent, isopropyl alcohol, is responsible for letting the fluke establish itself in the liver. In order to get cancer, you must have both the parasite and isopropyl alcohol in your body.” From the book “The Cure for all Cancers.” Page 1. werpurple.org/cancer-we-know-the-cause-and-the-cure/
After reading at DJ's link above, I kept going on the 'cannabis cures cancer' trail, and found this video. It's great, and not very long, just over 9 minutes. But the sound level is way too low. I had to choose between seeing it and hearing it,...with my ear up against the speaker on my Tablet. There must be a 'fix' for that problem, right? Do we buy some little mini amplifier somewhere?
sacredvalleytribe.com/articles/alternative-medicine/cannabinoids-and-cancer/ "...Titled Antineoplastic activity of cannabinoids, this study was funded by the US National Institute of Health, and performed by researchers at the Medical College of Virginia. Despite the promising results, no further research was made, and the study has essentially disappeared from the scientific literature."
