bladder issue and what i could label my bladder defect?

first night with external(condom) catheter was a success, no major issues, just have to keep my area hairless and manicured to make it easier to put on and take off. looking forward for a full 8 hrs of sleep very soon. 6 hrs of sleep on first night, will get better as I get used to external catheter.

on a side note: never thought I had a large penis and still not sure, but I am using 36 mm cath and it is real tight should I go larger in size to a 41 mm? I understand that 41mm is for people with large penis? lol
