ive recently been searching for cheap or no cost internet service with wifi. my discoveries at cost differences:
I had DSL internet back in 2005 and it has changed a bit, back then it was really quick and didn't notice the difference in speed compared to broadband, today it seems much slower now probably to many using now or overloaded, it is ok some days, may take a minute to download pages on busiest times. I can deal with that slow speed because of cost, I just have to adjust times on to less busy times of day, costs only $25/month.
the costs for satellite and broadband are just getting ridiculous, the cheapest I was able to find in satellite was $50/MONTH but they always add taxes and fees so it would probably be more like $60 or $70 a month. broadband is just way to much unless u have the money to bundle with cable tv and phone and that will bring the bill to over $100.
ive spent a lot of time on this so just wanted to pass along for those that dislike paying so much for internet service.
