Apartment advertised as wheelchair accessible, but isnt

hello,
I recently leased an apartment because I was moving to a new city. The apartment was advertised as wheelchair accessible but there is a 6 inch curb to get in which I cannot negotiate. I am trying to get them to pave a ramp for me, but they are trying to get me to pay for it, does anyone have any experience with this?
