Do any SCI sufferers live near me?

Hi, I'm not sure if this is on the right category, but I would like to know how many spinal injury sufferers live in my locality, ie, within 'regular travel distance' from Stoke Mandeville, Buckinghamshire, as I would like to make a substantiated request for the local gym to provide equipment that uses FES (functional electrical stimulation), together with qualified staff to assist its use.
