I need advice on getting hold of high quality CBD oil in the UK. My father wants to try it to see if it has any affect on his neurogenic pain which seems to be getting worse (11 years post accident). I would appreciate any recommendations of suppliers that UK residents have used. Feel free to message me. Many thanks
I don't think you're going to get any high-quality CBD oil in the UK. The best you can hope for is the Holland and Barrett stuff, which is pretty low quality and strength. For what it is, it's also very expensive. I'd like to get some myself. I'd willingly give it a go. Maybe somebody from America or from some other country that is reading these posts could do a deal with us. It's got to be quality stuff, though, and not some cheap Internet imitation. It's really strange that one can illicitly buy high-strength cannabis almost anywhere, but you cannot get any medicinal stuff made from the same plant. Surely these guys that are dealers must cotton on to this market. From what I've seen on the Internet it is relatively easy to make. It would be expensive, though, for you need many cannabis flowerheads to make a small amount of oil. Let me know how you get on Sophie.
I could get it for you mikeq, just curious about shipping, it is about $60 US for a gram to vape lately, and it lasts about 7 to 12 days depending on how much u need per day. i use 3 grams a month so I spend $180 a month. let me know and we could work out the details if you're interested. its good quality stuff.

Hey Mike - fancy going into business? Your brains and my hands - we could clean up the market.........heehee Seriously though - you are right. Peter tried the Holland and Barrett stuff and made no difference except to his wallet.
sophie, For pain (all kinds), I use kratom, maeng da strain. It is legal in Texas and most other states. Sadly, it is illegal and not available in the UK. I’ve never had any marijuana, but from what I read, marijuana would be the most effective. However, I just wanted to mention kratom to you, in case that opportunity were to present itself.
Hello Moco. We'll have to grow the stuff first. We need specialist lighting and a nice little shed up the garden with blacked out windows. The lights need to be burning for twelve hours and then switched off for twelve hours. The seeds are around £25 for three. Then you have to have a mini laboratory in your kitchen, using standard kitchen utensils. I imagine the smell would attract a great deal of attention from your neighbours, and possibly the police. Any leftover flowerheads could of course be sold on the black market, which would finance the whole operation. Of course I'm not condoning drug dealing, I'm merely having a little joke. In theory, though, it would be possible. And yes we would be very wealthy and very quickly. Qmoc Enterprises. I'm going to register the company name immediately.

Nice ring to it mikeq,- but would add Wellbeing to the title - gives an aura of respectability . QMoC Wellbeing Enterprises It would be a Robin Hood type venture - breaking the law for a good cause. Electricity bill might be a bit steep though! After all the hype about medical cannabis becoming legal in the UK, nothing is happening fast. Still very many hoops to jump through to get it and mostly not available for pain relief. I read a while ago about a trial that involves 20,000 people. Run by Royal College of Psychiatrists to study the drug’s effects on patients who have either chronic pain, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, post-traumatic stress disorder, Tourette’s syndrome, anxiety disorder or who have had a history of substance misuse". The study started earlier this year I think.
Thank you all for your replies, im new to this forum and as I didn't get any email notifications I had presumed no one had read my post - I have only just logged back on to see if anyone had responded to the thread!
I was really hoping that someone in the UK might be able to recommend a source, I agree mikeq and moco I am looking for something a lot stronger than I can get in Holland and Barretts. I presumed that people were able to import from Holland... my search continues my dad is now very keen to give it a try.
Thanks vintage I will keep a note of your recommendation
