I’ve found that when that happens to me, I’ve been exposed to some kind of mold, or ingested it. Some grocery store breads, those commercially wrapped on shelves, and some cold cereals have mold that you can’t see or taste. Milk can have it, too. Vitamin C does detoxify mold. Of course, once the mold has taken down your immune system, it takes a while for the Vitamin C to take effect (catch up) and for you to get better. I also use my SyncroZap (zapper) to get me through the worst of a cold or flu. I believe that it kills mold inside the body.

Ask your dictor before using either of these remedies.

Damn about catching a virus....I'm glad that you're feeling better sam, when my daughter gets sick with the flu or a cold (she's 19 now), I usually make her eat garlic laden home made chicken soup.... I always keep some frozen in the freezer and she just has to ride out the worst of the symptoms..... and hope its not a flu virus which takes 3 days to come, 3 days to stay and 3 days to go
