Other than a few limited stairways I found the cruise ships VERY accessible. They staff even go out of their way to help anyone with disabilities when they can see or know what it is. They treat me like royalty even at the buffet. Someone grabs a plate ans asks me what I would like, then carry the plate back to my table for me so I didn't risk spilling anything. The cabin steward was also very helpful with any of my needs that they were able to address. It made both of the cruises very pleasurable and extremely enjoyable. The ship crew even made sure I could get off the ship anytime we hit a port. I used the ship concierge to schedule any on-shore excursions that way they knew where I was and I knew I would get back to the ship without any issues.
