because blood temperature is what makes blood move 

blood temperature goes from low to high to make blood move and store nutrients

I have written the governemnt of ontario and they have refused to reply

Its just a needle that attaches to a cooler / heater and they refused

but they did make available meth pipes, crack pipes and needles to shoot up drugs


Please advocate with me to have a needle to change body temperature made

it will help in heat waves

Most important it will push blood to help veins and increase the chances of recovery from spinal injuries

If putting a ice pack on soar muscles helps the a needle to change blood temperature will help also
