Hi everyone!!!
This is my first post. I got into a car accident 8 years ago that took out the nerves in my right leg and leaving me wheelchair bound. This is a completely separate issue but I do think its worth noting as I have no idea if I would be able to ambulate with my current symptoms on my left side. About 6 months ago, I started to become urine incontinent and was given a intermittent catheters by the urologist. At the same time, I had my annual physical and discovered that I was experiencing constipation and did not have any urge to poop. The GP told me to use suppositories. I have been doing this for several months now. A few weeks ago i fell on my back out of my chair and started to experience new symptoms. One was lower back pain from the fall but the other symptom terrified me. I was experiencing bilateral sciatica and my left for was numb. I also have pins and needles in my genital area and can not feel my penis so well. I went to the emergency department and they did an MRI. I am posting the results below. I am not sure what to do. I still am symptomatic. Hopefully, someone on here has some good advice.

I'm so sorry you're experiencing this. Of course, I'm not a neurologist or a neurosurgeon. They should be looking at your MRI and diagnosing. But these two things stick out to me, as I remember my neurosurgeon mentioning these terms when they diagnosed me with CES and rushed me to emergency surgery.
L4-5: Posterior disc bulge mildly flattens the thecal sac. At least mild to moderate foramina narrowing. L5-S1: Posterior disc bulge epidural lipomatosis causes central stenosis. Mild recess narrowing.
