Same here guys..i did myself the biggest favour when i ate healthier and smaller meals
I think you have hit on a very important point. Eating a high fiber diet is critical, but eating smaller amounts at a time helps the body digest more completely. I have just discovered this myself.
I have no trouble going. my problem is I go constantly, I need advise on how no to go poop so much, drowning in mess. Yuck
This has been my issue, too. Not diarrhea, just emptying constantly, with resulting contamination and UTIs. A flaccid bowel/sphincter makes for this problem, so we may just have to learn to live with it because of the nature of our injury. What Lαrα wrote about smaller meals has improved my "control" of what happens. My PCP suggested adding dextrin, a powdered fiber supplement, and this has helped firm up stools. It still seems that more comes out than goes in!
by constantly I mean a teaspoon every hour sometimes every 30 minutes. I eat 2 meals and a snack in between, I've tried doing programs but it makes it worse.
Was struggling, but now use a suppository in the mornings, helps to stop it building up too much . . . I've shoved so many of those jelly bullets up me, I'm thinking of getting "Heckler & Koch" tattooed on my bum . . . ??? I sometimes feel I'd kill for just one good clearout . .

Oh wow that's not good. Are you taking any laxatives or stool softeners at all?

I have to use one every morning unfortunatly, it's the only thing that works

That is exactly my issue, and I eat as you do. We both have injuries above T12, which normally results in reflex bowel. But our symptoms are like those of a flaccid bowel, more typical of injuries below T12. For me this is explainable by major sarcoid lesion at L3. Not sure for you, but perhaps you can bring up this issue with your doctor to gain understanding. I just need to go every hour, and it can take 10-20 minutes. Wrecks my productivity and confidence, so I feel your pain.
By "doing programs", do you mean enema, suppository, softeners, etc? Those make it worse for me, too, so I stopped using them. I am concentrating on managing stool consistency, so frequent going is easier to clean up. That is where the dextrin (Benefiber, or WalMart Equate brands) has been helpful, as suggested by my PCP. This is not a drug, and you can titrate up to a dose that works by trial-and-error. What you eat and portion size (what is right for you) is critical to managing stool consistency. You want stool formed but not hard. Some foods will just undo you, making continual drainage. Again, this is individual. and it is a learning curve. I try to empty as completely as possible after breakfast, drinking warm fluids but not more than 1 cup with caffeine. Ginger root tea is good after cup of java! Then abdominal massage in downward direction, relaxing for process and allowing unrushed time, remain as long as there is result, gentle digital stimulation by "tickling" the end of any felt stool. This last trick I learned from someone on a forum, and it greatly improved results as well as causing less injury to sphincter and surrounding tissues. But I still produce stool almost every time I urinate, and it seems I have to learn to live with it. Getting any minor illness just throws everything off, so I am now an avid hand-washer and avoid consorting with obviously sick people. With regular schedule of meals/snack and smaller portions, there has been progress for me. I really hope this gut-wrenching and disgustingly detailed sharing may be useful to you!!! You are not alone...

Have you tried eating a good portion of sauerkraut?!!! Works for me every time. Corn is pretty reliable, too, and celery--raw or cooked. Like the idea of the tattoo, but check with Butiki first!!!
