I do aromatherapy as well as herbal remedies, I grow as many of my own herbs as I can, and have an extensive collection of essential oils......this compliments Reflexology and other holistic therapies! My recipe for iced tea: Ceylon Black Tea Leaves Dried Parsley Rosehips Lemon Juice Lime Juice Clover Honey
Black tea has antioxidants which are great for your everything. Parsley helps with bloating and stomachaches. Rosehips boost your immune system. Lemon & lime juices are great for cleansing your gallbladder. Honey is good for making your tea sweet, and I'm sure it is good for other things which have escaped my mind tonight.
Apple cider vinegar also helps prevent (I think?) and relieve muscle cramps. It tastes terrible, but it works for me! I need to try to drink some every day for all those other benefits
