I know this story is a bit old, September 2012, but I think it's worth posting.
(CNN) -- Houston police shot to death a double amputee in a wheelchair who they said was trying to stab an officer with a pen.
The man, Brian Claunch, was shot in the head Saturday morning after two police officers arrived at a group home for the mentally ill. The officers were responding to a report that Claunch -- a reported schizophrenic who lost an arm and a leg in a train accident -- was acting aggressively.

A crazy dude with missing limbs in a chair can be a threat to two officers with guns. What a couple of pussies. We need to weed out these weaklings. There are alot of good cops, sad that these tards make the job even harder on them. IMO

The story kind of wound me up. I lived at a small gated resort were many of the employee's were retired police, fire, military. These people were my family, good solid people. The good these people do is seldom rewarded, it's always these bad apples that get the attention.
