My son was a victim of police brutality. He was in the wrong place at the wrong time and when he refused to give the cop his back pack the cop trip him and he fell breaking his baby finger. It was bent outward it was not a pretty site. He sued and won $22000.
I see a lot of this on a website called ,"photography is not a crime", like k9 cops having their dogs attack innocent people. There is police hitting kids, mothers you name it. It is as if they are all on power trips. So much of it don't even make the news.
if they knew anything about mental health issues they would know the man thought someone was attacking him either his voices gave him command voices or he was seeing things that other people can't see and defending himself and the other officer said to officer was not even cornered they should train officers and how to do with mental health survivors
