Wheelchair Accessible Boats at Disneyland

I saw this pic earlier on facebook and thought how great it is that access is improving for chair users..its slow coming but at least its coming. I seemed to remember reading that it was ideal for power chairs but im not sure why it would be suitable for manuals too
