Hi all, what wheelchair do you use, manual or power and what brand , model and colour ? I use a manual chair, Tilite Areo Z 2 in matt black, the same colour as the Triumph Speedmaster that I bought 3 months before my injury, alas I have it no more , but that's life. I love the Tilite very much it's light and easy to put in and out of the car and very easy to push around all day. I also have a Invacare Top End Cross Fire All Terrain chair for when I go out bush, i like it very much as well, but haven't really tried it out yet, hoping Saturday, so i will give a report on it when I have pushed it too it's limits. It's not a good chair around the house because of the big front wheels and a bit bulky for everyday use, it is also matt black.
I was just curious as to what mobility aid everyone uses. I use a manual and a power chair but mainly the manual unless I'm going long distances. My manual is the TiLite ZRA Series 2 and the power is a Permobil M300. I love both chairs and I'll get some pictures when I can!
This was my original post in this thread Butiki, I thought it was similar so I merged them together to avoid confusion. Do you still think I should put it in it's own thread?
Butiki, i just have a very basic and boring manual chair, its not really light..but im used to it and only use it if i go shopping...id love a sports type chair

I have a Permobil M300--of course in popster pink, my signature color!. Everything is hydraulic-- Barbarilla would want one of these!

I'm on my 8th chair in 20 years. I keep them and use them for parts or loan them out to people in need. I have 2 Tilite ZRA's and 2 Quickie's, all manual. The Quickies are black and the Tilites are straight Titanium. I've learned over the years that painted frames are too much maintenance for me because I'm pretty hard on chairs. The paint seems to get scratched up day 1 so I stopped ordering paint about 7 years ago.
