This looks ideal for wheelchair users as it could be fitted at a level that makes it possibly for you wheel right up to the board. This makes an easier job than struggling to get an ironing board up and down, plus its a great space saving device! Its useful for 'walkers' too, especially those with balance issues and who use crutches etc

My ironing board attaches to the closet door and folds down. I roll straight under it and iron comfortably. No ironing board legs to deal with. It was about $19. I love that it easily folds back up and out of the way.

Here is my $19 ironing board set up. Works great. It's in my "girl room". My husband has a "dude room" full of man stuff like weights, gun safe, and other random dude stuff. My girl room has my ironing set up, my girly workout equipment, tanning bed, small TV and storage for my seasonal clothes. Luckily we don't have kids so we use the extra rooms for our lady/man stuff. Love the ironing board set up. It works great!
offroaderswife, thats a great idea and to be honest i would personally prefer that than the original that i posted. By the way your set up sounds pretty cool. Its a great idea you and your hubby having your own 'rooms' gives you each your own space too which i really like, its ideal
