Im sure most or all of us have had that one person at sometime in our life. That one person who has been part of our journey and has encouraged and motivated us to do and be better ..pushed us to improve and stay positive and strive to achieve...despite our injury.
Since my SCI just over 3 years ago there has been one or two people who have played a significant part at pushing me to do and be better...I like to think that im pretty determined and motivated anyway but their push certainly helped...
I see that person every time I look in a mirror , but seriously the person who really inspires me is none other than our very own deanertheweiner. I think the things he does are truly inspiring. Dean you have an amazing spirt.

Hahaha your funny You have made me laugh so many times today so im gona say you have motivated me today!
I hate the word "inspiring" when used about me or wheelchair users, but I get it. I haven't really been inspired; more like motivated. Lαrα really has been here for me a lot. When I am between a rock and a hard place I can message her and she understands.
I really like Aaron Fotheringham, and people mention him to me quite often because my wheelchair is beat to hell. They want to know if I ever hit the skate park. My answer is no, but the guy who owned the chair before me did!

Thankyou for thinking so Knight...and this is exactly why i'l be sticking around here no matter what

It's been awhile. Thanks for that Butiki! I'm glad I have that effect on you.
My father inspires me just because he does so much for me and barely complains about it. That motivates to work hard so that I can regain as much function as I can, and be more independent to relieve him from some of my personal care needs.

I'm surprised at how many people don't like that. I personally don't mind it at all. I'm not sure how I'd be inspiring to someone but hey whatever, still feels good one way or another!

I agree Dean. My family do so much for me so I'd love to do whatever I can to help them out and make their life easier.
Seeing all the great stuff our members do is definitely inspiring and I always look forward to hearing about various accomplishments members have achieved.
