Can you source this Lara. It looks like veggies have more protein than meat or grains and I find that misleading. I've never heard the term veggie protein, could you explain?

I'm just learning about healthy food since I met Booktrout. Before that I never really thought much about food. Now we eat pretty much all organic. I'm not a fan of vegetables. I eat them so I can tell my daughter how yummy they are. I thought the next best thing to meat protein was Quinoa, which is some kinda grain. You still need meat to be healthy. IMO The proteins are different.

To be honest kilg0retr0ut, i believe that a regular balanced diet is good enough...Im not a vegetarian but ive tried to be and that was because i hate the thought of an animal being killed for me to eat.
But i like meat too and think its important within a diet.
