Interesting. It's good that I like drinking green tea but I guess I should have drank more prior to getting injured.
Polyphenols found in green tea are strong antioxidants and can protect your brain in case of a spinal cord injury.
Chinese researchers have found evidence that polyphenols can protect spinal cord neurons against oxidative stress and can reduce free radical damage.
In lab experiments over rats, lead researcher Jianbo Zhao and co-workers from the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning Medical University found that green tea extracts significantly lessen oxidative stress and reduce neuronal apoptosis.
"The results show that green tea polyphenols can help protect spinal cord neurons against oxidative stress exposure," Zhao added.

I mean MATCHA!!!!! It's a powdered form of green tea that is processed differently without the oxidization process that ordinary green tea leaves go through, blah blah i'll just post this link for you to go to and read about.
Every morning I make a drink: 1 tablespoon of Matcha powder, 1/2 teaspoon of 100,000 SHU Cayenne Pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of Ginger Root Powder, 1/2 teaspoon of CEYLON Cinnamon, half a lemon squeezed, and a tablespoon of raw honey in fairly hot water. I drink it like a shot of liquor, and in around 30 minutes I have superpowers that last throughout the day. Never get sick again.
Yea it's good for the casual listener, fun for the kids. EDM and Electro House just doesn't have the depth to get my juices boiling. You get them to their feet G, then I'll proceed to send them to Cloud 29.
