This is just unbelievable...well really it shouldnt be a great surprise when you hear of all the crazy stuff going on in the world! This is about a low life in a shopping centre who decides to steal from a lady who is wheelchair bound.

He just walked right up to her and took the Tablet from her lap knowing that she could do nothing to prevent him! Its just disgusting|!

Carolyn from Seattle (US) was out with her husband when the incident happened. I so hope this creep is caught because as the victim says herself..if this guy will do this to her they will do to anybody!

Yes probably drug money often came across scum like this when I was working. Always targeting the vulnerable people but have not got the guts to do this sort of thing to people that could fight back. I just hope they get payback at sometime in there life.
