I honestly feel that cruising is the most popular what to travel for those of us who use wheelchairs or are aging, etc. Not all cruises are created equal though I can tell you that. One of the most recent articles on wheelchairtraveling.com is about a short cruise to the Bahamas on the Disney Wonder, but there are many more articles on cruise lines not just to the Caribbean. There's even lots of tips on booking cruises. Personally on my bucket-list is going on an Alaska cruise but I also want to be able to explore the land, maybe take a sea glider plane ride or something too. I would appose another Mediterranean cruise either... If anyone wants to book with an expert, I have a recommendation! Just send the details on what you want via this form and we'll get the ball rolling...
