I know i post a lot of these up about healthy smoothies etc but this drink especially, i am confident will be effective...So may people i know are using tumeric as a very effective pain relief. My old mare who has arthritis and diabetes has been able to come off her medication because she is on a turmeric and black pepper mix...

To be honest yes, you can add it to food..curry, rice and all kinds. Turmeric is amazing...and i also make an amazing breakfast with eggs and potatoes with turmeric...I could write some recipes if anyone is interested
