Ok here goes...The idea is to get as much Turmeric in your diet as possible...Its great for you in soooo many ways! If you can add some black pepper to the mix then even better because the turmeric is utilsed all the better
These recipes..are more or less my own except the lamb curry..I was shown how to cook this by a neighbour when i lived in London.
Breakfast Omlette
You will need: 6 eggs 4 teaspoons of turmeric one teaspoon black pepper one onion one potatoe olive oil
To start with slice the potatoe thinly and either cook in the microwave or boil for 5 mins in a pan...
Add some oil to you pan..not too much Add half of the sliced onions in the pan and toss around the oil until soft and then add half of the sliced potatoes... Stir together a moment and then add two teaspoons of turmeric and half teaspoon of black pepper Stir in and then add 3 beaten eggs... Turn the heat down a little and let the omlette cook through....
Thats it and its sooo nice with crusty bread! Add salt to taste.....This is a great healthy breakfast..

Wow sounds like you really are a great cook Still... Im kinda dissapointed.... Are you sure there isnt any other way of getting turmeric into our systems??? Like... Mix it with water and drink it, pills perhapes, or just smoking it?

Europedude..there was a drink i posted first You can take turmeric other ways....lol You can buy turmeric tablets but i thought you might be one of these 'au natural' people and want as near to the natural product

If smoking it doesn't work, try snorting it or injecting it into your blood stream...

diced lamb (approx 750 g) 7 fresh tomatoes 4 onions fresh garlic butter fresh coriander piece of fresh ginger root 5 teaspoons of tunrmeric 4 of ground ginger 4 of ground coriander 2 of black pepper 5 of garam masala
Dice onions till quite brown with 5 cloves of crushed garlic and grated ginger root. Then add all the spices and the tomatoes that have been chopped cook for 45 mins then add the meat and cook till tender After 35 mins..add the fresh chopped coriander
Serve with basmati rice (you can add a teaspoon of turmeric to the rice to give colour!)
