Since suffering from Cauda Equina Syndrome, I've had to find new hobbies as the old ones are no longer possible. The one hobby I'm focusing on is 3D graphics. I get to build models of real life objects. Then replicate the look of their materials and texture. Next I position the objects in a "scene" which is akin to composing your shot as a photographer. I then set up my lighting and take the picture (this is known as rendering in the 3D process).
This is my latest still life. A kitchen table in the morning, with a sugar bowl, salt & pepper and, of course, roses for my wife. This particular scene took my computer 5 hours to render. I hope you enjoy it! David

G'day cesdavid, this looks great. It seems like a interesting way to spend your days. I have to find something to keep me busy.
I wish I had more time to do this, but, alas I get to work with this only a few hours a week as I have a full-time job with an hour commute on each side of it.
Hey cesdavid, incredible work! I can appreciate that creating 3D graphics is not an easy thing. Wow, that took a look time to render! I'm not surprised though seeing at how detailed your work is.
