That kitchen doesn't look very user friendly to me, the sink sure doesn't look like my roll under and the stove looks normal height. I put a gas cook top in that actually is more accessible for anyone in a wheelchair. It would be quite a reach to get at the microwave, the inland could have a area to roll under and the fridge for me would be better with the freezer on the bottom. Other than those changes it's not too bad.
