Lol kilg0retr0ut,...im not going to even think about your meat diet!

BUT i will think about your veggie and fruit intake.

Let me advise you...we are no longer blessed with bowels that behave soooo why not help them out a little. Start with some fruit smoothies...they are so very yummy! Trust me, they are...especially when made with yogurt and you can put whatever fruit you want in..

Maybe @brooktrout can get sneaky with it and drop some carrot in it too
