Bad Job Jetstar at Perth Airport.

Some things i read about are just infuriating....Jetstar Perth should be ashamed of them selves. A 24 year old passenger had to carry her older sister, who has Cerebral Palsey from the plane and across the airport. The staff didnt bring her sister's wheelchair and seemed to be making no attempt to bring it for her.
Interestingly, the sisters ended up sitting with a CEO from the airline who advised that they could put a comment on their facebook page...and guess what..She didnt!
Instead she put an official complaint in....i hope they get compensated and the company sort their act out..
