Its an interesting point and fact that bad posture due to texting etc can cause serious issues with your neck and spine. Ah well you may think what the hell, i already have problems but you may as well avoid further issues whenever possible.

What The Medical Community Says
A study published in the Surgical Technology International Journal in 2014 revealed that the weight the spine carries increases as the neck is flexed. An adult head weighs anywhere between 10 and 12 pounds, and as you bend your neck forward, this weight increases. When the neck is bent forward at greater than 90 degrees, the force exerted on the spine can no longer be measured.
Good post Lαrα, this is something almost everybody needs to be reminded about. Having good posture is very important, I actually need to be more aware of it myself.

This is a great point, so much care is given to our chairs fitting us correctly and then our posture is effected this way. There are eye level holders for mobiles etc?
There are freewheeler but I don't think a lot of people would be interested in something like that unless they're physically unable to hold their phone.
