Hey there kilg0retr0ut,

I haven't had time to post any here lately due to school and work. I am still hanging in there. Did the three steroid injections and although it relieved some back pain and sciatica pain, the nerve pain is just as bad if not worse. I have no energy to get out and do much at all. Even though I do work I feel like a lazy slob around the house.

It sucks that my wife just wants to get out and do things and I just never feel like it. I feel like a damn burden to her but she is so understanding and caring.

How are you doing these days?

We chose well I'm doing alright. Chair bound for about 6wks, my wife cut out a class because I'm not really pulling my weight at the ole homestead, so I understand feeling like a burden.
Pain is just damn uncomfortable. Sorry you haven't found any kind of relief. The fact that your still managing school and work is very impressive, my hats off to ya
Had some work done on the Phatbraces when I was down for my tendon surgery. Staying positive that I'll strap them on again, just need to heal up some.

Yes, I knew I had a good one but damn she is even better than I knew. Anyone that will basically put their life on hold for someone else is just amazing. If she gets frustrated with it she sure never shows it and never bats an eye if I need something. As a matter of fact she has learned more about my issues and is pulling rank on me when it looks like I start to over do it. She is so easy going but when that happens she puts her foot down LOL.

I will get this degree if it is the last thing I do. It is just for personal satisfaction and to show my kids that we never give up on anything.

I appreciate her more than words can express wavewolf. I tell her this almost daily and never want her to feel she is taken for granted. Some women are natural born caretakers and I was fortunate to be blessed with one and it sounds as kilg0retr0ut is as well. I think all women should be put on a pedestal because you all definitely deserve it.
