My feet are always cold, i have difficulty keeping them warm and they swell too so its difficult to find suitable footwear (not that im walking anywhere but they look appropriate! lol)
I think people forget about their feet sometimes, being a diabetic type 2 I'm paranoid about my feet, anything out of the ordinary I'm straight down to my GP or podiatrist, and my feet swell quite a bit so i take a very ting tablet called Frusemide, i take 20mg one day and 40mg the next, they seem to work a bit but not great.

Butiki, that's smart. My feet haven't swollen much lately, but right after the surgery and for a long time, they were huge. They're still dead except for the occasional nerve pain and I still feel like a weeble. I try to check them for sores after I get out of the shower and sometimes give them a good rubbing with lotion.
My feet are still cold, but thankfully I haven't suffered from the frozen foot syndrome, where my feet felt like blocks of ice, in a while.
I've got the twisting of my ankles and curling of the toes, and yeah, my feet are almost always cold, and burning with nerve pain. I have hypersensitivity in my ankles too. I can't figure out the coldness. If I put them under the heating blanket to get my legs warm, my nerve pain skyrockets. If my legs warm up, I can't handle the pain. ???
I have drop foot in my left foot, I can lift my right foot yay for being an incomplete.

Knight..you sound sooo like me...lol...my left foot is much worse than my right.
To be honest the spasms in my ankles and toes are getting worse..last night i was sat in my lounge with my laptop on my knee...
Both my ankles twisted opposite way and my toes curled back...OUCH! I couldn't move quick because of the laptop...I moved it and didn't know which to straighten first...they get so tight when they do this ....
I cant tell if my feet are cold or warm..unless they are burning and then i know they'r hot lol and they look hot often...but then that's nerve pain and not temperature ...me too, like you, i f i cover my feet they go on 'burning' alert..grrr so annoying!
Just want to add that getting your legs up for part of the day is always a good idea!
