hello everyone We're trying to build a comprehensive map of healthcare centers worldwide that specialize in the treatment of spinal cord injury, the Rehab Map So if you know of any centers we have missed, please let us know! Your help is much appreciated
jubejube looks good in Toronto! I think there's another place but I don't remember its name. Heard about it yesterday actually. I'll let know if I find out what it's called.
I missing something , How do you work the map? I swear I'm not a trump supporter.
I was thinking I'd trumped out too...but the key is to click the hyperlink in the body...not the map itself...you'll go to another page with the interactive map.
Sorry to jump in Lαrα, as always you are a SUPER resourcefull font of knowledge. Love ya

I don't think this map is very useful for any of us that already have a spinal cord injury. Hospitals do not generally accept outpatients. It would be more helpful to those in the community to list centers on the map that provide rehab services for those with chronic injuries.

I know that I could easily become an outpatient at my rehab center for PT, OT, TR, Pool therapy, etc if I got a referral from my doctor. I don't go because I'm in school and it's about an hour away from me but if I had the spare time I'd definitely go make use of the services instead of paying for private services. Maybe it depends on where you go but for the most part it should be the same everywhere.
