I've seen some feedback regarding by-laws and liabilities regarding these. I think the benefites outweigh the trip hazard but then I might be biased. (You know: "contents of this coffe cup might be hot" sort of thing?)

Christian Tobin Josh Matlow there are still several subway stations which will not have elevators for several years. Why not introduce a motion to shorten the current deadline? I'm sure Councillor Wong-Tam or Councillor Mihevc would second it.
