Hi supercript13. Glad you finally found us. Quite a few people moved over. Not quite the same as ap but is does have a lot of the same people. We also hangout at carecure. But for me, just rolling around. Trying to enjoy the fall season.
I find this site interesting in terms of discussion and getting to meet and know SCI people. yes its small but it feels like family. On injury i had searched a lot on cures and sites dedicated to cures. Personally i found it a waste of time reading testimonials from people visiting doggy clinics and trial info that is not from accredited sources. getting to Know other SCI people for me has been a treasure trove in SCI knowledge. If anything should really happen even on a minor scale it will not be posted as tit bit info on an internet site that leaves you with more questions than answers but as a nobel prize review world wide. btw this is my personal opinion.
I am a great fan and a long time user of the Apparalyzed website. It was quite a shock to hear that it was closing down. Simon should be commended for the brilliant work that he has done. It is without doubt one of the best websites for spinal injury that I have come across. I’m hoping this forum will be as informative. It is the one I have chosen to join. I expect many other Apparalyzed users will gravitate here. Here’s hoping for a brighter future.
Hi. Please could you let me know how I can access all the old posts on apparalysed as I need so much help. Also any other websites that u can recommend. THANKYOU so kindly.
AP is totally closed and gone. Another forum is carecure. These groups are smaller, not as much activity as AP but both are good and have a lot of info. Bring on your question or what you need help with. I am sure someone else has already been through whatever it may be.

Hi mike.
I am a t 3 para of 3 years. I have intense bloating ??? It’s horrid 😯🙃😯advise please. 🌻🌻Soozi
Soozi, hi. For bloating, I put a few drops of food grade oregano oil in an empty capsule, then take it with water. I know of two companies that sell this wonderful oil, DoTerra and drclarkstore.com The oil isn’t cheap, but it works very well and very quickly. Another remedy for gas is anise tea. Many grocery stores sell this on the aisle with all the other teas. After getting one of these remedies and fixing your immediate problem, there are other things about your digestion that need to be worked on, so that this doesn’t keep happening.
