I am a great fan and a long time user of the Apparalyzed website. It was quite a shock to hear that it was closing down. Simon should be commended for the brilliant work that he has done. It is without doubt one of the best websites for spinal injury that I have come across. I’m hoping this forum will be as informative. It is the one I have chosen to join. I expect many other Apparalyzed users will gravitate here. Here’s hoping for a brighter future.

Most of my contacts said they were coming here because it seemed like the best "fit." I've seen people on Carecure too. I haven't checked out the other two sites. I joined Carecure the same time as Apparalyzed years ago but ended up staying a Apparalyzed.

Plank! Your little giraffe ran away? I have a photo of him. Maybe someone else can help you find him. He wasn't micro-chipped? I know he was animated...which is a little distracting to me. But I didn't want you to loose him. Has anybidy seen Plank's giraffe anywhere online? How can I paste his photo here?

P.S. I've sent a photo of your giraffe to your profile on Apparelyzed, plank. Maybe you can get it before Apparelyzed disappears, too.
