Design of a "smart device that blends into for paraplegic

Hi everyone!
I am a student, and I am designing a smart device (wheelchair with extended functionality and connection with some house facilities, you can see them from the presentation attached) for a person who recently became paraplegic, and now is getting used for it. She lives in a house with her husband and 2 children.
There are two possible alternatives for this device: one has a stand-up mode, and the second one offers back massage.
Which one is more comfortable and convinient in your opinion?
