Medicare, just started and have a question

You can usually price your drugs at various pharmacies and then with various part d programs, and figure out what it’s likely to cost. For me, part d coverage was going to cost almost 8 times as much as I pay for my meds without coverage. I’m pretty stable, so it just didn’t seem worth it. My medical plan provided a drug discount card and that drove my monthly costs down another 30%.

I take three meds, soon to be two, and so part d, which was going to cost more than Medicare itself? Not worth it.
