How often do you cath at night?

The basis of your decision should be the quantity you empty when you get up. If it is over 700 ml train yourself to get up in the middle of the night for a cath. usually you will produce more within 2-4 hours of going to sleep than later so you can schedule a longer stretch on the til end of your rest.  Some would advise even 700 ml is too much.

I like to cath around 11or 12, right before falling asleep and cathing again around 6 Or 7 in the morning. That way I just wake up to turn myself

I keep water near the toilet along with cath supplies and just rinse each time with about a pint of water. Occasionally I'll add a few drops of white vinegar yo get that squeaky clean feel. I honestly don't have as much confidence in wipes.
