Hey guys, I just recently noticed that when I’m doing something strenuous my left shoulder tends to hike up. It just doesn’t look right. It’s the weaker of my shoulders and I know it’s probably a compensating issue going on but I would love to fix it before it gets worse. By the way I’m a c5/c6 quad
Suggest you practice doing things in a mirror and not exceed the ability of that shoulder to remain aligned. it will get stronger, slow but slow. For now it is as you say- something you developed without realizing because it offered a convenient boost to strength. Not good long term. I work to correct similar imbalances.
