heat rash around underarms

Hi SCISC Humans....
Does anyone else get heat rashes, in the form of tiny red bumps, AROUND your underarms post-injury?
I can't wear anything like Under Armour (Hahaa, I see the Irony of that now) or anything tight around the underarms, or I will suffer.
What helps?
