I met with an accident before 2 months. The spine specialist advised me to have a complete bed rest of 3 months and a few medications for relieving the pain. Now, he has recommended me physical therapy. So, anyone can please help me out with a good physical therapy clinic?

Hi Harleylyons,

I'm only familiar with Athletico of the three that you listed above. I know that they do have experienced trainers, but have you considered a physical therapist/occupational therapist that specializes in spinal cord injuries? I'm not sure where you are, so they might be far from you but they do exist.
