I would start drinking the green tea from your local grocery store and see if it works for you. If not then try to find a chinese brand. We personally found that the big name brands were not as effective.
how about the green tea capsules? are they effective?
Probably not because the whole idea is to prevent fluid retention and flush out your bladder.
ok, I finally got this figured out, I need to be down with foot up at least 3 times a day for at least an hour and half to keep my foot at normal levels w/o edema and foot up all night which is only 6 hrs. so I can only be up for 3 hrs at a time, then have to lay down or foot will swell quite a bit. doesn't allow me to do much during day and have to plan everything around my 3 hrs up at a time. does any one else have to do a schedule that is similar?? hoping the green tea will help also
I’ve been through a similar ordeal, sam. But, since transferring to the bed is so difficult for me, I mostly just get up later and go to bed earlier. Bummer.
