I purchased a brand new set of Quickie Xtenders wheels power assist for them to start making noise and very rough riding only after 16 months . My supplier National Seating and Mobility sent these wheels back to Quickie after evaluation Quickie said they were not warranty these wheels that dirt, dust and gotten inside and causing the issues I'm experiencing . And
that isn't under warranty even though I have 8 more months of warranty . I would think long and hard as I was rested assured Yamaha had a excellent name I'm quite surprised with how this is being handled from Quickie .While they were great when working we need better service warranty than this . These wheels haven't been abbused . Even NSM said they are surprised at the way Quickie has handled this situation.
